Rent to tenants who actually move in.
List your furnished room, flat or coliving space on Accomorent and reach pre-screened students, interns, Erasmus exchange students, expats and young professionals from across Europe — without the noise of generic classifieds.
How it works
Four steps from sign-up to a paying tenant. Most hosts complete the first three in an afternoon.
Create your listing
Add photos, describe the room, set your price. Takes about 15 minutes.
Get verified
Submit ID and proof of ownership. An operator reviews your property — listings without verification stay private.
Receive booking requests
Chat with tenants directly, accept or decline requests. You decide who moves in.
Get paid directly
Tenants pay you, the way you already collect rent. Accomorent never sits between you and the money.
Why hosts choose Accomorent
Built specifically for student, intern and expat housing — not a generic rental marketplace.
Pre-verified tenants
Every tenant — student, intern or expat — is verified before they can request a booking. Less back-and-forth, fewer no-shows.
Paperwork support
When a student is on Erasmus, scholarship, or employer relocation, our operators handle the contract paperwork on both sides — at no extra cost.
Operator-mediated disputes
If something goes wrong at move-in, an operator steps in to resolve it within 48 hours. You're not on your own.
Location-aware search
Tenants discover your listing by distance to their university or workplace and proximity to public transport — not just postcode. Better matches, fewer dead-end inquiries.
Verified listings
Once a property passes an on-site check, it's marked Verified — and when all your listings are verified, your profile earns the Trusted host badge. Both rank higher and convert better.
No commission on rent
We don't take a percentage of monthly rent. A small service fee at booking covers verification and operator support — that's it.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
Listing is free. We charge a one-time service fee at booking that covers verification and operator support — tenants see it before they confirm. Monthly rent flows directly between tenant and host with no platform cut.
Who pays me?
The tenant does, exactly the way you'd collect rent today (bank transfer, recurring standing order, etc.). Accomorent never holds your money.
What if my tenant is funded by Erasmus, a scholarship or an employer?
Our operators draft the contract and forward it to the funding body — university, scholarship or employer — so the tenant gets reimbursed. You still get paid by the tenant directly. This is included — no extra fee.
How does verification work?
First an operator confirms your identity (ID document) and reviews proof of ownership or your right to sublet for each property — that's required and free, and your listing can't go live without it. An optional, paid on-site check then earns each property a Verified badge; once all your listings are verified, your profile shows the Trusted host badge.
Can I decline requests?
Absolutely. Every booking request needs your explicit acceptance. You see the tenant's profile, university or employer, and stay dates before deciding.
What if there's a problem at move-in?
Tenants get a 48-hour window after the start date to confirm or report issues. If they raise a dispute, an operator mediates. Most cases resolve within two business days.
